We serve our greatly valued guests with a variety of specialities from the Urner region, as well as an extensive range of Swiss dishes, such as cordons bleus, calves liver and rösti.

Italianità - Italian Specialities

We'll pamper you with fine Italian dishes, such as risotto, various pasta dishes, saltimbocca, sea food and many more.
We use seasonal, fresh-from-the-market ingredients from the local region to prepare our meals.

Fondue & Raclette

We offer our guests a variety of cheese fondue options throughout the year, as well as a candle-light raclette. We can also provide Fondue Chinoise and Fondue Bourguignonne by request in advance.
